Design Process
Each project begins with an initial consultation in your project space. We carefully listen to your ideas, wants and needs. Your budget, approval processes, and schedules are discussed.
After our initial meeting, we will present you a proposal for your project, discuss our fees and other compensation arrangements, schedules and then begin work on your project.
We make all of your material and finish selections, plan your space etc. Next we meet with you at the project site to present your project.
You are provided with an estimate of materials to finalize your design. Once the design is approved, we manage and schedule all contractors, vendors, installers and specialist to insure that the work is of the highest quality. You will be informed along the way of our progress.
Payment Process
To begin your project, we require a 50% deposit. Then we collect milestone progress payments until the completion of the project.
When the client approves the design plan and initiates ordering, 50% of the contract price is due. The initial fee is applied to the approved design plan cost. The remaining approved contract balance is due prior to delivery- no later than one week before Installation day.
